Home Inspections
Home visits can be arranged to take place weekly, bi-monthly or customizable based on homeowner needs. These visits will include checks on: exterior home, rodent/insect infestation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscape, water damage, appliances and security
Pre-Arrival Prep Work
We will take care of any requests on the house before your arrival to make your return to your home as seamless and enjoyable as possible. This includes but not limited to: Turn on water supply, set thermostats, check batteries in smoke alarms/CO2 sensors/remotes, touch up work around the house and landscape
Diagnosis and Repairs
If we come across any issues during our inspections we will diagnose the issue on the spot and get it repaired as quickly as possible. This is a major benefit in having a general contractor running the management of your home
Vehicle Maintenance
Run engine every 1-2 weeks, car wash before arrival, check for leaks, maintain tire pressure, battery check. This can be customizable based on needs of the homeowner
Design/Remodel/New Construction
We can take care of any new projects that you wish to be completed while away including design, home remodel and new builds. We have a vast team of vetted sub contractors that we work with that will be directly managed by DDC.
Yard Maintenance
We can be your main point of contact to your current landscaper, or we can provide requested landscape maintenance.
Reporting
We will email a report and provide pictures (if necessary) after every visit so you have a full understanding of the status of your house while you are gone.
